Terms & Cashback Policy
Please read these terms carefully before participating in the Dolce Lucky Draw scratch code promotion.
1. Overview
The Dolce Lucky Draw 2026 ("the Promotion") is a promotional cashback program run by D F Food Products ("Dolce Ice Cream", "we", "us") for holders of a valid scratch code found on eligible Dolce Ice Cream packaging and promotional material. By entering your mobile number and scratch code on the Lucky Draw page, you agree to the terms below.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals who possess a genuine, unused scratch code issued by Dolce Ice Cream and a valid Indian mobile number capable of receiving whatsapp message OTPs. Employees, distributors and immediate family members directly involved in operating the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Participate
Entry requires: (a) verifying your mobile number via a one-time password (OTP) sent by whatsapp message, (b) submitting your name, and (c) entering the 10-character scratch code exactly as printed. Each step must be completed truthfully and accurately for the entry to be processed.
4. Scratch Code Terms
Each scratch code is valid for a single entry only and cannot be reused, exchanged, resold or combined with any other code, offer or promotion. A code that has already been redeemed, or that fails verification, will be rejected. Codes are non-transferable and Dolce Ice Cream is not responsible for codes that are lost, damaged, illegible or shared with a third party.
5. Cashback Reward
Successful verification of a valid scratch code entitles the participant to a cashback amount determined by our system at the time of redemption. The cashback amount is final and not open to negotiation, substitution for cash-in-hand, or exchange for any other product or service.
6. UPI Payout
To receive your cashback, you must provide a valid UPI ID registered in your own name. It is your responsibility to ensure the UPI ID entered is correct and active — Dolce Ice Cream is not liable for cashback sent to an incorrect or inactive UPI ID supplied by the participant. Once initiated, payouts are typically credited within 24 hours, though actual settlement time may vary depending on your bank or UPI service provider and is outside our control.
7. Data Use & Privacy
Your mobile number, name and OTP are collected solely to verify your identity and process your entry and payout. Your UPI ID is shared only with our payment processing partner strictly for the purpose of transferring your cashback. We do not sell or share your information with unrelated third parties.
8. Fraud & Disqualification
Any attempt to game the Promotion — including submitting fabricated or duplicated scratch codes, using another person's mobile number or identity, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities — will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any pending cashback, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dolce Ice Cream shall not be liable for any delay, failure or interruption to the Promotion caused by network outages, whatsapp message delivery delays, banking or UPI infrastructure issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Promotion, or update these terms, at any time without prior notice, particularly to prevent misuse. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
